Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer free standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 1-3 business days. Orders placed by 1pm est are generally shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1pm est are generally shipped on the next business day and guaranteed to ship in 2 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs: Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the delivery destination.

International Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the delivery destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LookLove. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please carefully read and adhere to the following return guidelines:

  1. Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    • All original tags must be attached to the merchandise.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@looklovebeauty.com within 14 days of delivery of your order.

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to request photographic proof of received damaged goods.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers will be emailed a shipping label to use to package and make the return. Please use original packaging.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned items and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  5. Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified conditions.

    • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

  6. Exchanges:

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We can’t guarantee that the size you will need will be in stock at the time of return.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@looklovebeauty.com immediately for assistance.

  8. Non-Compliance with Return Policy:

    • Returns that do not comply with the stated conditions may be subject to refusal and you will be charged for shipping the items back to you.
